Warranty Information

With proper use and care, all Raymor products will provide you with many years of reliable service.
Where the product is used in a domestic situation, Raymor Tapware offers a twelve-month warranty on all standard coded lines of tapware. Jumper valves and “O” rings are warranted for three months, while ceramic discs have a five-year warranty.
In commercial situations, Raymor Tapware offers a three-month warranty on jumper valves, “O” rings and manufactured components. A six-month warranty applies to ceramic discs.
This guarantee assures you of Raymor Tapware quality and after sales service.

Raymor Tapware will within a twelve month period from the date of purchase and subject to proof of any faulty workmanship or material, at its option, repair or replace the faulty product or assembly to Raymor Tapware’s satisfaction.

This guarantee will not apply if any product fault is caused by improper use, improper installation or if any one of the following is not observed:
1. Applicable Health Act
2. Any regulations or other standards that govern the water supply and sewerage plumbing requirements for installation in a particular area or location.
This guarantee is limited to the replacement of defective parts only. Labour charges and/or damage incurred in installation, repair or consequential damage, or otherwise suffered or incurred by any such person are excluded from this guarantee.

Artesian Hand Held Shower
Recommended working pressure 400kpa to 800kpa
Maximum working pressure – 800kpa
Not recommended for use with gravity fed hot water systems

Single Lever Mixers
Mixers are not recommended for use with gravity fed systems or bore water fed systems
Maximum temperature – 80 degree centigrade
Maximum pressure – 1000kpa
Where normal working pressures exceed the maximum stated above, pressure-limiting valves should be installed
Minimum temperature – 1 degree centigrade
Minimum pressure – 400kpa
Recommended working pressure – 400 to 800 kpa
Maximum difference in pressure between hot and cold supply is 150kpa
Mixer MUST be installed with isolating stop taps in accordance with local authority installation codes

RECOMMENDED CARE
WARNING:
To ensure the maximum life of your tapware, clean only with mild soap and water or a damp soft cloth.

UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES should you
• Install with acetone silicones
• Clean with harsh detergents or abrasive cleaners
To remove lime stains, use diluted household vinegar in the same manner as the liquid detergent.
